I learned photography as part of my journalism training in college and it has served me well since. I have used it throughout my working career in magazines and newsletters as well as for communications work for nonprofits. I enjoy all types of subjects, whether I’m shooting candids during an event, posing an environmental portrait of an individual, or just snapping an interesting sight with my camera during an evening walk.
